An OpenAI API Account – This gives your AI Agent access to the latest and most intelligent ChatGPT models.
How much does it cost? – Setting up an OpenAI API Account is free, but we require you add a minimum of USD$25 to your account. For a clearer breakdown on costs, click here to open our OpenAI API Setup Guide.
A Pinecone.io Account – This stores and deploys your AI Agent’s knowledge and pre-defined answers.
How much does it cost? – We’ve found that the Free Starter Plan with Pinecone is more than sufficient, but if you require more storage and a local deployment server, Pinecone’s paid plans start at USD$25 per month.
An AI Engine Pro/Meow Apps Account – Requires your website is WordPress-based.
How much does it cost? – An AI Engine Pro key costs USD$59 per year. We require AI Engine Pro (not free) to enable the Knowledge/Embeddings feature crucial for defining and feeding your AI Chatbot’s knowledge-base and answers.
All of these services can be set up by you in advance but we recommend getting in touch with us first and we’ll walk you through the process.
API Keys Access – Both Pinecone.io and OpenAI expose the API Key only immediately after generating a new key and only once. Once Generated and copied, it is not possible to retrieve that API Key again so please ensure you have your API Keys copied somewhere safe before sending them to us.
