Alec Young Granting Featured status to Auctions
If you’re often running multiple auctions at the same time and would like to highlight a particular Auction or Auctions, you can grant them Featured status.
If an Auction(s) are granted Featured status, they will appear at the top of the Current Auctions list and be adorned with a special FEATURED badge:
It only takes a few clicks, here’s how you can do it:
Step 1: Log in to the Webtron Dashboard and open Auctions & Items > View Auctions
If you’ve already created your Auction, log back in to the Webtron Dashboard and navigate to the View Auctions menu by clicking the Auctions & Items dropdown in the sidebar, then click View Auctions:
Step 2: Click the star icon on any of your Auctions
Once the View Auctions menu loads, you’ll find a hollow star icon next to the Title of each of your Auctions. Click on the Star and it will turn solid – – and you’ll see a confirmation message at the top of your screen stating that the auction is now Featured:
You can confirm the change by jumping over to the Current Auctions page of your Portal, if the Auction isn’t displaying the Featured badge, give it a quick refresh and it should appear:
That’s all there is to it! You can grant Featured status to as many of your auctions as you’d like, but please note that if you do, your Featured auctions will display in the standard Closing Date order, followed by your un-featured auctions.
