What is the Auction Manager?
The Auction Manager is VendorPlus+ can be considered a mini Webtron Dashboard with the sole focus of creating new Auctions and Items, plus a few handy extra features thrown in.
For all intents and purposes, the Auction Manager is very similar to the Webtron Dashboard’s Auctions & Items menu. Inside the Auction Manager you can:
- Create New Timed and Webcast Auctions
- Create new Items for your auctions and the Marketplace (with AI-assisted Lotting)
- Backup & Import Auctions from the Webtron Dashboard
- Create Auction Catalogue PDFs

Who can access the Auction Manager?
Access to the Auction Manager is restricted to the following VendorPlus roles:
- Site Manager
- Auctioneer
- Yard Officer
Of those, only Site Managers and Auctioneers can:
- Create New Auctions
- Backup & Import Auctions from the Webtron Dashboard
- Mark Auctions as Reconciled
- Refresh Statuses
Yard Officers can only:
- Create new Items for existing auctions
- See Auctions based on their Auctioneer assignment
How do I get to the Auction Manager?
Obviously you’ll need your VendorPlus+ logins first, we set up your VendorPlus during the Onboarding Training phase and will send you an invite link. Clicking this link will allow you to set a password for your account and log in for the first time.

Overhauled Create Blank Lots – Create New Auction/Item List Based on your feedback, we’ve made some substantial updates to the Create Blank Lots feature: 1. Clearer Instructions – The Create New Auction form will display clearer information about when you should use Create Blank Lots, and if you select Multiple Lotters, Create Blank Lots is now required. 2. Advanced Options – Default Blank Lot Details – You can now update more of your Blank Lots settings before you create them, such as the Purchase Option, Opening Bid and more. 3. Advanced Options – Assign Blank Lots to Users – You can now assign Blank Lots to your Auctioneers and Yard Officers based on Lot Number ranges, with a badge containing the assigned username appearing next to each Item Title in the Item List.

Upgraded Contact Seller – New/Edit Item We’ve given the Contact Seller field a visual update to bring it in-line with it’s Webtron Dashboard counterpart.

Added Contact Seller badge – Item List Contact Seller now has a dedicated badge in the Item List.

Added Item List Anchoring To further bring VendorPlus in-line with the Webtron Dashboard, we’ve added page anchoring. If you edit a particular Item and then hit back or Return to Item List, you’ll be pulled back down to that Item’s page and position in the Item List, making it easier for you to keep track of your progress.

Added Item List Pagination We’ve added a Per Page cap that will divide up your Item List based on the number of Items per Page, providing you with a massive speed boost to page loading and making it easier to keep track of your Items.

Overhauled Pagination and Item List Optimisations Based on user feedback, we’ve completely rewritten the page and item list loading functionality, the Item List will now load up to 5x faster, depending on your internet connection speed and Items Per Page setting (higher = slower)

Upgraded Item Summary Upgrade – New Item We’ve upgraded the Item Summary field and added the same formatting options available for the Item Description field, making it easier than ever for you to add advanced formatting and for the Webtron AI to give you clearer and richer Summaries.

Added Sync Status and History – Item List We’ve brought over a favourite feature from the Photo App and added a new dedicated Sync Status badge to the Item List, making it easier for you to see if your Items have been synced yet, if they are currently synced and when they have completed their sync. Clicking on the Sync status badge will display the Sync History for that Item, detailing when and what individual changes have been synced over to the Webtron Dashboard.

Added Attachment Badges – Item List Each Item in the Item List will now display new badges for PDF, Word Doc (DOCX), CSV and Video attachments, alongside the Quantity and Photo badges.

Added Auto Increments visibility – New Item We’ve began the process of mirroring Auto Increments functionality from the Webtron Dashboard to VendorPlus+. As part of this update, if you have Auto Increments enabled for your Timed and/or Webcast Auctions, the Bid Increment field in the New Item form will be set for you. You’ll now see a green badge beneath the Bid Increment field confirming when Auto Increments are active, float your cursor or tap on the Information icon to see your Auto Increment table.

Fixed Item List Filters We’ve made some huge optimisations to the Item List and fixed up an issue where your Filters weren’t re-applying on page change.
