Alec Young What is VendorPlus?
Webtron VendorPlus+ is another platform we offer that works in concert with the main Webtron Dashboard, and it serves as a more portable version of the Dashboard but with some powerful features of it’s own.
VendorPlus is made up of 5 core features:
- Auction Manager
- Photo App
- Consignments
- Invoicing
- Reports
Here’s a breakdown of the major features currently offered by VendorPlus and how they could help you build your Auctions even faster.
Auction Manager v2
Like the Webtron Dashboard, VendorPlus contains a fully-featured Auction and Item builder, but with a few key additions and refinements.
AI-assisted Lotting
VendorPlus’ New Lot form allows you to upload or take photos of your Items, pick a prompt and watch as your photos are analysed by Webtron AI, which then generates richly detailed Titles, Summaries and Descriptions:
The AI will generate it’s content based off of what it can see in your photos, with the prompts helping to refine what the AI is looking for. It’s a huge time-saver and you can easily edit the content the Webtron AI has given you.
Blank Lots and Yard Officers
Have a rough idea of how many Items will be in your Auction? Whenever you create a new auction in VendorPlus, you’ll have the option of creating a set of Blank Lots.
You can then divide up the work amongst your Yard Officers, speeding up your Lotting and enabling your team to catalogue for the same auction, simultaneously.
Photo App (Legacy)
VendorPlus’ original core feature, the Photo App is still available and is now faster than ever. If you’ve already created or uploaded your Items in the Webtron Dashboard, you can use VendorPlus’ Photo App to quickly and easily take photos or choose photos from your camera roll, and then sync them straight to their Items.
With VendorPlus v2.1, you can now also easily drag-and-drop to re-order your photos, with the Primary Photo indicated by the crown icon:
Consignments v1
Want your Vendors and Consignors to do the heavy lifting for you?
VendorPlus v2.1 now features our brand new Consignments system, allowing you to invite your Vendors and Consignors to join your VendorPlus.
Your Vendors and Consignors will then be able to submit Items, with your Site Managers and Auctioneers reviewing submissions and assigning them to an Auction in just a few clicks.

Invoicing v2
VendorPlus houses our new One-touch Xero Invoicing system, enabling you to hook up your Xero account to your VendorPlus.
Once your Auction concludes, you can Reconcile the Auction and either let VendorPlus generate and transfer your Invoices to your Xero account, or generate Invoices and Vendor Statements manually inside the new VendorPlus Invoicing menu:
Reports
VendorPlus houses comprehensive Reports for each of your Auctions, with a handy Snapshot Report giving you a compact breakdown of the performance of your Auction.
Roles
Whilst the Webtron Dashboard uses a Tier-based admin privileges system, VendorPlus uses a Role-based admin privileges system, here’s a breakdown of each Role, as well as what they can and can’t do.

Site Manager
Site Managers are the highest Role your VendorPlus users can be assigned with, Site Managers have full access to all of VendorPlus’ major features.
Auctioneer
Auctioneers are similar to Site Managers, with the exception that they cannot access the Integrations & Settings menu.
Yard Officer
The Yard Officer role is intended for your warehouse or temporary staff, Yard Officers can only add new Items to existing Auctions.
Accountant
The Accountant role is intended for your accounting staff, if you would like to grant them access to VendorPlus. Accountants can only access the Invoicing menu.
Vendor/Consignor
The Vendor/Consignor role is intended for your Vendors and Consignors, if you would like to invite them to join your VendorPlus and have the ability to submit Consignments themselves.
