Logging into the Webtron Dashboard

Login Details Recommendation – Your login details for the Webtron Dashboard and your Portal are the same, so if you need to reset your password, you can do so from the “Log in to Your Account” page on your Portal.

Navigate to your Portal on your Website

Once we’ve confirmed your account has been granted administrator access, you can now log in to the Webtron Dashboard through the Portal on your website.

You’ll need to open your website and navigate to the page either we or your Web Developers have placed the Portal on. Once there, click the Login button at the top of the Portal here:

Fill in your Email Address or Username and then your Password, and click Log In below the Password field (We also recommend hitting Save or Update Details if your browser offers to save your logins).

Once logged in, you’ll now see an Admin button next to the Log Out button at the top-right of your Portal, click this to open the Webtron Dashboard in a new tab.

Logging into the Webtron Dashboard

The Webtron Dashboard will ask you to Log In to Your Account again, your login details for the Dashboard are exactly the same as your Portal login details, fill those in again and click the green Login button below the Password field.

You will now land on the Dashboard Home page and see a Welcome to the Webtron Auction Dashboard message, and if you have any active auctions, you’ll also see a snapshot of your Auction activity (No. of Registrants, Bids, Selling and Not Selling figures etc.) as well as a link to the Guide Base at the top of the page.

Having issues logging in?

If you’re seeing any error messages when you try to Log in to the Dashboard or your Portal, we have a few recommendations:

“The email and password combination do not match.”

Option 1 – Try Resetting your Account Password via your Portal, open the Login page and click Reset Password below the Password field:

Option 2 – If you have reset your password and still see the same error message, try using your Username instead of your Email Address to log in, or vice versa:

Option 3 – You can also check what Password you are entering on the Portal itself or what your browser has saved as an autofill, simply click the Eye-shaped icon at the end of the Password field to show your password:

“Please select an account or application to continue..”

  1. This error can pop up if you’re try to load into the Dashboard directly or you’ve bookmarked the Dashboard Login page. This error is a bot protection warning, close the tab and try logging in by clicking the Admin button on your Portal again.
  2. If you want to bookmark the Webtron Dashboard instead of having to log in to your Portal every time, we recommend bookmarking the Dashboard Home page after you have landed on it.

If the page also simply refreshes and the Username/Email and Password fields empty, enter your details again and try logging in again.
