The baseplate for all of your Auctions

After clicking the Admin button on your Portal and logging in with either your Email Address or Username and Password, you’ll land on the Webtron Dashboard’s Home page.

Welcome to the Webtron Dashboard, no doubt the Home page will become a familiar sight as you build more and more Auctions. This guide will give you a brief overview of both the Home and View Auctions pages.

Dashboard – Home

Each time you log into the Webtron Dashboard, you’ll land on the Dashboard Home page.

The Dashboard Home page is your starting point and one of your anchors if you get lost or confused while using the Webtron Dashboard. You can return to the Dashboard Home page at any point by clicking Dashboards > Home in the main navigation bar across the top of the Webtron Dashboard, or by logging out and logging back in.

View Auctions shortcut

At the top-right of the Dashboard Home page you’ll find a shortcut button linking directly to the View Auctions page:

Below that is the Dashboard Welcome Message, this contains any useful updates we need to communicate to you, as well as a link to the Webtron Guide Base:

Actions Required table

Below the Dashboard Welcome Message, you may see the Actions Required table. If you have any Bidders in the Pending Registrant status, any Pending Offers on Lots and Listings, or Bidders who skipped Verification (Insufficient Data status), the Actions Required table will give you a total counter for each status and for each specific Auction.

Clicking any of the numbers in the Actions Required table will take you straight through to the relevant menu, such as the Offer Table for Accepting Offers, or the Auction Registrants menu with the Pending filter enabled for Approving or Suspending Registrants.

Live Auctions snapshot table

If you have any Auctions in Live status, at the bottom of the Dashboard Home page you’ll find the Live Auctions snapshot table, this table displays some brief key information regarding Auction Details, Results and Registrations statistics, such as;

• A Webcast Auction’s Start Date and Time.
• A Timed Auctions End Date and Time.
• The No. of Lots in Live status in that Auction.
• The No. of Approved Registrants.
• The set Currency for that Auction.
• The Sold and Selling figure (Reserve Met and Unreserved Hammer Total).
• The Not Selling figure (Reserve Not Met Hammer Total).

You can also click the Title of the Auction to open the Edit Auction menu or access the quick links, such as the Item List, Bid Table, and Summary Table for that auction.

Navigating to the View Auctions page

If this is your first time accessing the Dashboard outside of your training sessions with us, the View Auctions page is our recommended starting point.

You can click the View Auctions shortcut button at the top-right of the Dashboard Home menu:

Or in the Dashboard sidebar, click the Auctions & Items dropdown, then click View Auctions:
