Changing Webcast Lot Statuses (Drafting, Approving, etc.)

Webcast Lots follow a simple Status workflow:

  1. Ghost Status – when first created or imported, Webcast Lots are in Ghost status
  2. Preview Status – when converted from Ghost status, Webcast Lots are placed in Preview status
  3. Draft Status – if edits need to be made, Webcast Lots can be pulled back to Draft status
  4. Live Status – when ready to be shown on your Portal, Webcast Lots can be moved from Preview to Live status with the Approve action
  5. Reconciled – when sold
