If you need to update the details of your Items at any point, Bulk Edit provides the quickest and easiest solution.

Bulk Edit is available in the Webtron Dashboard and can be found in the Item List menu for each of your auctions:

Whilst items can be edited one-by-one, we recommend using Bulk Edit because:

1. All Fields – All fields from Lot Number to Location can be edited in Bulk Edit
2. Group Edit – Uniform changes can be applied to multiple selected items with the Group Edit panel
3. Media Manager – Bulk Edit contains the Media and Attachments panel, allowing to add or delete photos, documents and videos from each item.
4. 1-Click Backups – Bulk Edit contains an Export option that will generate a CSV spreadsheet backup of your items that be re-imported straight into the Webtron Dashboard.

Requirements for using Bulk Edit

To use Bulk Edit, your Items must be:

• Converted from Ghost status to Preview status
• In either Draft or Preview status
