This guide covers how to generate and download an Item Backup CSV Spreadsheet from the Create Ghost Items and Bulk Edit Items menus inside the Webtron Dashboard.
Create Ghost Items and Bulk Edit Items Export overview
The Export option found within the Bulk Edit Items menu mirrors that of the Export option found in the Create Ghost Items menu. Both options generate a CSV Spreadsheet containing all Item data, matching the columns found at the top of each menu; from Item Type to Item Location.
This CSV Spreadsheet generated by the Export button will contain all of the values you have set for each Item at the point you hit Export, including:
Item Type and ID Number
Item Type (Lot, Listing or Webcast Lot)
Item Number (Lot and Listing Numbers)
Item Content
Item Title
Item Summary and Description
Category
Vendor
Item Auction Details
End Date and End Time
Buyer’s Premium
Charges Amount and Charges Tax
Hammer Tax
BP Tax
Currency
Item Bidding and Purchase Details
Display Price (Timed Listings only)
Purchase Option
Unit of Measure (Ignore)
Purchase Price (Timed Lots and Listings only)
Opening Bid (Timed and Webcast Lots only)
Bid Increment (Timed and Webcast Lots only)
Reserve Price (Timed Lots only)
Quantity
Bidding Type (Timed and Webcast Lots only)

Regardless of Auction or Item Type, the exported CSV Spreadsheet will contain all of the columns listed above, as this spreadsheet can then be immediately re-uploaded into the Webtron Dashboard if you need to reimport your Items.
Generating the Item Backup Spreadsheet via Create Ghost Items
If you have Imported your Items via CSV Spreadsheet, this action is largely redundant. We recommend generating an Item Backup Export if you have either Created your Items in the Webtron Dashboard’s Create Ghost Items menu, or you have edited your Items in the Webtron Dashboard at some stage after Importing them.
The option to generate the Item Backup Export in the Create Ghost Items menu is only available to Items that you haven’t Converted from Ghost to Preview status. If you have partially or fully Converted your created Items, skip ahead to the Generating the Item Backup Spreadsheet via Bulk Edit portion of this guide.
Step 1 – Use the Select All checkbox to Select your Items in the Create Ghost Items menu
Assuming you are already in the Create Ghost Items menu, use the checkbox at the top-left of the Ghost Items table to select all of the Items you have created:
Step 2 – Click the grey Export button above the top-right of the Ghost Items table
Once you’ve selected all of your Items, look to the top-right of your screen. Above the Ghost Items table, you’ll find a series of 5 grey buttons, click the grey Export button (2nd button from the right):
Your browser will pop-out a “Leave Site?” message, click OK and your browser will start downloading the Item Backup Spreadsheet:
Your Item Backup Spreadsheet will shortly appear in your Downloads folder labelled “GhostitemsExport.csv”.
Generating the Item Backup Spreadsheet via Bulk Edit
Items Temporarily Hidden – Before we proceed, as part of this guide you will be moving your Items into Draft status which will temporarily hide them from your Portal. We recommend following the steps detailed in this guide at a time of day that will cause minimal interference for your Bidders.
If you have converted your Items from Ghost to Preview status, you must use the Bulk Edit menu to generate your Item Backup Spreadsheet
Step 1 – Access your Item List and move all Items back to Draft status
