Reports in the Webtron Dashboard Explained

There are several Report menus available inside the Webtron Dashboard to your Admins;

• The Bid Table – This report menu contains the full Bid History for each Lot in your Auction, with each Auction having it’s own Bid Table available.
• The Offer Table – This menu contains a record of all Offers made on your Timed Auction and Marketplace Lots and Listings (if Purchase Option is set to MAKE_OFFER). There you can also Accept or Reject offers made, and navigate to the Offerers Bidder Profile.
• The Summary Table – This menu contains a snapshot of your Auction results both during the Auction and post-auction. The Summary Table contains the Value of your Auction (click here for our Guide on the Summary Table, with each figure explained). The Summary Table will update every 10 seconds during an Auction, highlighting the value being updated.
• Marketing Data – Marketing Data contains an export report of all of the Bidders who have indicated interest in Categories of Lots that appear in that Auction.
• Invoice Reports – The Invoicing menu contains a Reports link related to the Invoices generated in-dashboard.
