Reconciling an Auction for in-Dashboard Invoicing

This guide covers the Reconciliation status requirement for using the in-Dashboard Invoicing module.

Moving an Auction to Reconciliation status differs slightly between the Timed and Webcast Auctions, but as a reminder, do not Generate Invoices whilst your Auction is still in Live status*.

Reconciling a Timed Auction

*Buy Now and Make Offer Items Exception – If an Item in a Timed Auction sells via the Buy Now or Make Offer purchase options, those Items are auto-Reconciled. Feel free to hit Generate Invoices whilst your Timed Auction is in Live status BEFORE any Items have reached their End Time, the Invoice Generator will create Invoices just for Items in Sold – Reconciled status.
