For example, you can put up a Listing that can only be bought via Buy Now or receive offers via Make Offer, and the Bid Button will not appear on Listings. Special Field Options:
Display Price – Used in conjunction with the Make Offer Purchase Option, setting a Display Price will show a RRP, or Recommended Retail Price, for that Listing on your Portal. The RRP text can be modified by the team at Webtron, for example, RRP can be changed to Estimate. Contact us at support@webtronoa.com and request a meeting to discuss changes to Display Price text.
Purchase Price – Used in conjunction with the Make Offer Purchase Option, setting a Purchase Price will add a hidden minimum offer amount. Any Offers submitted by Bidders below the set Purchase Price will be auto-rejected by the Webtron Dashboard.
Lot

Lot Listing
Lot Listing – Lot Listing is a term that refers to the Clerking Screen panel, Lot Listing. This Panel displays your entire Lot List for that Auction, with several Filters across the top (All for All, Live for Remaining Lots, Sold for Sold Lots, and Passed in Lots). Lot Listing is where you will also control which Lot is pulled into the ring (the Send button when the Lot Ring is empty), and where you can Create new Groups of Lots.
Lot Listing Controls

Edit Bidding – Edit Bidding refers to a button found under the Lot Listing panel, this button allows the Clerk to alter the Quantity for that Lot and change the Bidding from Per Lot to Per Item. We don’t recommend altering the Bidding Type or Quantity during the Live Bidding phase, this may result in an Error message for the Bidders viewing the Live Auction page and is not currently supported.
Pass – Pass refers to a button and function found under the Lot Listing panel on the Clerking Console. It is a shortcut that allows the Clerk to Pass an Item that is not currently in the Ring or later in the Auction Item order. This will place the Item in Passed status on the Clerking Console and skip that Item, moving it to the Closed tab for the Bidders on the Live Auction page.
Make Offer
Context Category – Purchase Option. Terminology Category – Create Item Terminology. Alternate Terms – Accept Offers Option. Appears in – The Webtron Dashboard, and Vendor+.
Definition – Make Offer, or MAKE_OFFER as it appears inside the Webtron Dashboard, adds an additional Make offer option for Bidders to send an offer amount for that Lot or Listing. If enabled, Bidders can make up to 3 offers on an individual Item, with Offers either being Accepted or Rejected by Dashboard Admins via the Offer Table. Purchase Price can be used in conjunction with the Make Offer purchase option to set a hidden minimum acceptable offer amount that will auto-reject any offers below that set Purchase Price. Valid for both the Lot (Timed Auction) and Listing Item Types. Purchases made through Accepted Offers are final and cannot be revoked. An Auction with outstanding offers (not accepted or rejected) cannot be moved from Live to Reconciliation status.

Definition – Manual Increments refers to both the overall Increment functionality, as well as options inside your Auctioneer profile and on the Webcast Clerking Console. Manual Increments is the opposite of Auto Increments, meaning Dashboard Admins and Webcast Clerks have full control over changing and setting the Increment on a single or multiple Lots. Manual Increments is a field in the Auctioneer profile that allows you to set the default Increment amounts that appears in the Increments list inside the Webcast Clerking Console. Manual Increments is also a checkbox that appears as “Manual Incr.” beneath the Increments list inside the Webcast Clerking Console. If the Manual Incr. checkbox is ticked, the Webcast Clerk can freely change the Increments on that Webcast Lot at the Auctioneers request. If the Manual Incr. checkbox is unticked, the Dashboard will set and change Increments on a Webcast Lot based on the Asking Price set by the Webcast Clerk or the Current Highest Bid.
Modify Filter
Modify Filter – Modify Filter is a term that refers to the gold/yellow Modify Filter panel and function that appears in multiple areas of the Webtron Auction Management Dashboard. Modify Filter is a panel that allows you to Filter the various Tables found throughout the Webtron Dashboard, such as the Users & Groups > Users list table, the Item list table and the Invoices table. Each Modify Filter panel will have different Filter options depending on which menu you are accessing. If there are no Active Filters, the Modify Filter button will turn grey and simply say Filter.
Multi-Item

Notes – Notes or Add Notes is a term that refers to the Activity Notes function that appears in several areas of the Webtron Auction Management Dashboard. Activity Notes is a useful feature for creating a permanent record of an action, clicking Notes will show you all previous Notes made to that User’s Profile and allow you to create a new one. Another example of Notes includes the Add Note button prior to Generate Invoices, which enables you to Add a Note to every Generated Invoice.
Number of Units
Number of Units – Number of Units refers to the function and field value in the Webtron Auction Management Dashboard > Create New Items > Group Edit submenu and is an alternate term to Quantity, enabling you to set a Number of Units/Quantity for multiple Items using the Lot and Webcast Lot Item Types and any Purchase Option.
