Bulk Uploading Images in the Webtron Dashboard is our quickest method for assigning your photos to their respective Lots, but it does require some setup in the form on renaming your image files.

Image Renaming Requirements

If you haven’t already, the first step to bulk-uploading your images is to ensure that all your images have been correctly renamed according to our image renaming convention. 

This ensures that the Dashboard can match your Photos to their respective Items. Below is the image file renaming convention.

For example, assume you have 3 images for Lot 1. The first image will be renamed 1-1, the second image 1-2 and the third image 1-3. Similarly for Lot 2, the first image will be 2-1, the second image will be 2-2, the third image 2-3, and so on.

Once all your images have been renamed, you are then ready to bulk upload your images to your Items.
