In case you get stuck or want to review your Webcast Auction and verify that all of it’s details are set correctly, this checklist will break down each tab and field. This checklist also doubles as a Support Form, if you are having difficulties creating or saving changes to your Webcast Auction, review the checklist below, add your screenshots and additional notes, then hit submit. We’ll assist you as soon as possible.

The General Settings tab contains most of the high-level details of your Timed Auction, most importantly the Auction Title (Name of Auction), Bidding Extension, Buyers Premium % and Additional Tax % rates.

Setting a Logo is optional, but below are our recommended specifications for your Logo.

The Dates tab is undoubtedly the longest and most complex tab when it comes to setting up or editing a Timed Auction. Your Auction’s Timezone is set automatically so we’ll skip ahead to the Auction Starts fields.

The Location tab sets the Site/Collection Address for your Auction. The only required fields in this tab are the State/County, Country and Zip/Post Code.

Uploading and attaching Documents at the Auction-level is optional, Documents can of course be attached on a per-Item basis.

The Supporting Content tab contains editable versions of your default Auction content, such as your Special (per-Auction) Terms and Conditions, Collection Information, Payment Terms and Registration Message. Untick Use Auctioneer Content to edit any of the fields listed above, or leave it ticked to use your default Auctioneer Content.
