Filtering and Previewing your Lot List in the Clerking Console
Estimated reading: 2 minutes
The Lot Listing tab contains two options for quickly navigating or filtering your Lot List.
Find Item – Search by Lot Number
The Find Item field allows you to enter a Lot Number, then click the Find Item button and your Lot List will auto-scroll down to the matching Lot’s position in the list:
Show toggles – Filter the Lot List by Status
Your Webcast Lots will follow 3 statuses during the course of the Live Bidding phase:
Live – these Lots have yet to be added to the Ring
Sold – these Lots have been marked as Sold by the Auctioneer and Clerk
Passed – these Lots have been marked as Unsold/Passed by the Auctioneer and Clerk
We recommend leaving the Show filter set to All, as it will remove an extra click in case you need to re-offer Sold or Passed Lots.
Preview Lot Details – View Lot Details and Bid History
Clicking the icon will open a Preview panel for each Lot, including the Lot’s full Preview and Description, and a drop-down containing the Bid History for that Lot.
We recommend opening the Preview Lot Details panel if a Lot has been Sold or Passed and the Clerk or another admin needs to confirm the winning bidder’s Paddle Number.
