Edits to Synced Lots are not reflected between the Webtron Dashboard and VendorPlus – If you Sync a Lot from VendorPlus to the Webtron Dashboard, and then edit that Lot’s details in the Webtron Dashboard, any edits made there are not transferred to VendorPlus. Please edit the Lots either only in VendorPlus or only in the Webtron Dashboard.
Do not refresh the New Lot page after you have uploaded photos – This is a current issue we are aware of, refreshing the page after uploading photos may result in the Sync and Next button being unclickable. Do not refresh the page after you have uploaded photos to VendorPlus’s New Lot form.
Conflicting Cataloguing – If two of your team members are creating Lots for the same auction at the same time, please take extra care not to use the same login. All of your VendorPlus Admins must be making use of a unique login to ensure there are no continuity errors when creating and syncing new Lots.
